diminutive dolls

The last women who come to mind when I think of Badgley Mischka are Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. I've alwasy associated the label with glamourous, red carpet ready gowns for mature actresses, however their fall/06 collection was much darker and edgier than usual, so I gather the designers are trying to appeal to a younger audience. The promo picture at left is well shot (the better of the two pictures I think) but the Olsen twins never appear as classy to me- they just look like unhappy girls playing dress up.
