They are:
1. Dutch. I say this after noting all of the deliciously bright Oilily fashion present in Holland.
2. Indian. To quote Diana Vreeland, "pink is the navy blue of India". Orange is also a popular shade and I have never seen women look more beautiful in it.
3. Brazilian... ('nuff said).
I wish her nails were fuschia too, but the back more than makes up for any miniscule faux pas...
Now I am not Dutch, Indian or Brazilian, so I would really like to have a dress similar to the one above, only in black (#7 by Bi La Li).

oooh, that dress is too lovely!! i'm all about bright colors (current outfit: lime green vintage sweater and blue & white parasol striped anthropologie skirt, whee!), but i also love the black backless one that you linked. now where the $350 is to come from...
hehe... my ma just left for India today and she asked what I wanted and I said, "orange and pink!"... maybe I was inspired by this pic...
those Brazilians are amazing...
Beautiful dress! Love the bold colors... she made the right choice by not wearing accesories.
Ah she looks absolutely fantastic!
I love her brightly colored wedges
and that adorable look on her face.
Not only the beautiful dress, but those shoes! I adore.
Ah, cool picture.
Thanks for the stuff about the orange and fuchsia ;) I'm Indian and not particularly fond of the latter, but they work just fine in combimation It also depends on what kind of skin tone the wearer has- we kind of come in a lot of shades between olive to black.
Where in India did you live? That is, if you don't mind my asking.
