big brows or bust

Ah. This is why my tweezers were confiscated at the airport. I take it that PETA has infiltrated the ranks of airport security in an attempt to make eyebrow hair the new fur. Who knew Frida Kahlo would become a beauty icon for fall 06.

Do you know how long I've been waiting for this?! Now, if only Frida's mustache would come into fashion, then I could spend my waxing money on ice cream!

Have an amazing time in Europe. Take a photo of a Guerlain boutique for me. I know we have one in T.O. now, but it's not the same.

I'm not jealous. At all. Green blush is a new trend.

Funnily enough, I'm trying to grow out my eyebrows this summer, partly as a personal challenge, partly because Vogue is telling me to do so. I hope the fuzzy look catches on!

Have fun in Paris!

hmmm, big brows look nice on some people, but only when neatly groomed...i tried big brows last summer for some reason (guess i saw some celebrity that they looked good on) and all it did for me was make me look like a guy! yuk! oh well. not everything works on everyone.

Long live the savage brow.

LOL - yeah, they confiscated mine at the airport as well. However, I read that full brows are supposed to be "in" this fall. I've always sported the "Brooke Sheilds" look. I tweezed mine pencil thin a couple years ago and I just didn't look as elegant and beautiful as most women do with the thin brow.

A local celebrity was sporting the full brow look last year. Needless to say, they were distracting. They looked like caterpillars walking across her forehead *shudder*

Really, the only person who could pull off the thin eyebrows was Marlene Dietrich. Hurrah for full brows!
