Sadly you won´t see many crinolines on the street here, although I did see a skirt with a thin layer of tulle underneath. What you will see is lots of layered 80´s clothing. Hair that is either fashioned into a mullet, rollinga, or the jane birkin bang look.
Buenos Aires...tango fire...breathless music of Astor Pizzola...pasionate dancers - women in split skirts, heels, and moist lips - men in black, strong and graceful, shirts unbuttoned.
"Crinolines? La Femme, mon pauvre et noble enfant.", he said.

Now I wanted Mouret doing dresses as beautiful as this (not 1920's in particular though)

Hi Mrs. Eurobrat , I'm from Buenos Aires , Argentina , and i should warn you : no crinolines here.
Anyway , I think you would really enjoy it here , you wouldn't miss the crinolines at all !!!
Cheers ,

I was planning to go to Buenos Aires for new year, but I couldn´t find anymore flight tickets...

That description reminds me of my years flamenco dancing... yes those skirts were quite sexually spectacular.
Poor and noble? Absolument.
