Another sweet brown dress (this time on Kersti in Seattle). Her white tights would normally remind me of a nurse's uniform, or Alice in Wonderland illustrations, but they work surprisingly well in contrast to the brown in her APC ensemble. This is also the first time I've seen a headband being worn by someone who doesn't look like they are emulating Mary-Kate Olsen. Definitely the cutest girl on Capitol Hill.

White tights are hard to pull off. Do they make legs seem fatter? Anyway. I may take a risk and buy a pair myself after seeing this lovely fille.

I love this dress and I think the photograph itself has such personality and really tells a story.

Thanks for the introduction!

what a horrible non-fashion moment. everything about the dress is akward...

I love the way this femme matches her surroundings! Also love her hair and the supercute headband.

Gotta love Seattle-style!! Currently am in Seattle and it has been storming soo kudos to the ones keeping themselves well outfitted (cause when it is this rainy-- the motivation for waking up and putting on a dress is very difficult)-- I have opted to stay inside with tea and internet!!heh

Her outfit seems faunish, its playful and understated while still very striking.

i think i like the outfit... she is able to pull it off. which is really hard when you're wearing brown with white tights and a hippish headband...

LOVE white tights. I found a great pair at them at a ballet shop (look for the supplex ones.) Jonathan Aston makes them too.
